Surprised, I went to get in the car this morning, first frost here, and the doors were unlocked, didnt think much about it as I might have forgotten to lock them last night. Drove across town turned offf car and the door locks wil not lock by touching the handle (keyless entry) or using the fob. Went into work and 8 hours later still no workie. Get in car and battery low start engine message on message center, start car no problem and drive home and it sounds like it’s trying to lock/unlock almost every 30 seconds thinking that was happening all day and drained the battery down. Bad locking selinoid ? Thoughts? Can’t get it to lock.

 

Just a hunch but try pushing on the doors when it's cycling. Try each door until it stops (or not). May need adjustment.

 

Thank you mleskovar, that didn't work. Its not even a year old, so going back to the dealer in the morning.

 

Fixed: dealership service dept stated they did a software update to each door and to the car itself, took around 1 hour.
