When connected to my phone, Spotify shows up on my Incontrol Touch on the dashboard. If I touch the Spotify icon the app opens up and I can play music. I have recently become aware that there is some connection between Spotify and Waze. On my phone, when Spotify is open there is a icon to activate Waze and both can be run simultaneously. Is there a way to get Waze up on my screen? I noticed in a recent Lincoln commercial that it can be done on their cars so I would love to have it work on my Jag. Any suggestions, and NO, I'm not getting a Lincoln.....

 

The latest Waze update included compatibility with the Apple CarPlay. But since our cars don't have this it is useless. Maybe Jag Apps will try and incorporate it into their systems but I wouldn't hold my breath...

The problem is not showing Waze (or any of the apps) on ICT screen, but to let you to interact with the screen, enter data etc. I'm not sure if we do have an A/V input, but if we do you can do screen mirroring of your device and show whatever you want on ICT. But it is like interacting with a TV - one way communications.

So unless Jaguar does something our Waze will be shown on the phones only...
