Default My XF-S in Caesium Blue

Picked up this beauty from Taggarts Jaguar in Motherwell, Scotland. Traded in our XF Sportbrake and XK Portfolio for a great piece of modern machinery! Excellent dealership and great salesman who presented my wife with some beautiful flowers on handover.
Goes like a dream and has as much wooomph as the XK 5.0!

A beautiful Jaguar in a beautiful location...but there can't be many Jags in the Orkneys, can there?

You're right, not many Jags - perhaps a dozen or so. It certainly turns heads more so than your average German model

Congratulations. I love that Blue colour which is my favourite. I got a Ammonite grey metallic 2016 Jag XF AWD V6 and it has been excellent this past 5 1/2 months. Enjoy your Jaguar.
What drivetrain do you have? Diesel?
Al

Wow. We don't have the V6 diesel here, only the 4. It would be like my V6 gas engine with a lot more torque, I suppose. Anyway, I would have bought one if it were available here. But, my 340 HP V6 does a pretty good job of showing other marques my tail pipes. cheers

Congrats on the beautiful Jag -- and wow, I love the pic backgrounds. I lived in Scotland for a year back in '73 when I was a boy but never made it to the Orkneys...

That's the first one I've seen in that color and being on the S platform makes it look even cooler. Congrats and enjoy!

How are you accepting the lower quality of the new XF interior compared to your previous Jags? After 3 beautiful XFs, I had to go for an XJ last year just for the nice interior quality, even if the car is too big.
Personally very dissapointed with what Jag did to the interiors (XF, F-Pace, even the F-Type.....) - CHEAP

Quality is fine by me. Plastic on the door cards is harder than the previous Jags, but the tech inside is way ahead. As for handling and power, you tend to forget about the inside and enjoy the great drive
