Default New Jag

Hi,

Bought a new to me Jaguar. It’s my first after having owners several VAG, Mercedes’ and BMWs.

Its. 2.0 diesel with lots of spec.

ACC,HUD, in control touch pro, sunroof rear climate etc.

There are a few issues, the J blade on one headlight isn’t working, also the passenger mirror only moves up and down not left and right.

Could anyone with dealer links advice on the cost of a new headlight?

Headlights are very pricey if you go new. I had to replace one on my XE R-Sport. On the XE there are a couple of styles including one that is adaptive. I have those and the headlight assembly was about $2700 new and another $300 to install it. The standard headlights are much less. If I had standard (not adaptive), I would have tried used. Also be aware that the "J Blade" shuts off IF the turn signal is on to that side.

Last comment, title your post specifically if you are looking for help. I almost missed your question because of your posts title.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I’ve had a look around the used market but the headlights are almost always damaged. Looks like it’s going to be an expensive dealer call.
