Hi I have a 2010 xfs and when I lock the doors the passes lock moves slightly but doesn’t lock. If I’m inside and lock manually it locks and locks the other doors aswell. If I lock the doors from the drivers side the passenger door again doesn’t lock. Any help would be great thanks.

Wrong model forum (2010 is x250) but here's the Jaguar Topix TSB regarding door lock issues on your model.

After perusing the subsequent TSB's, I really don't see a repair indicated; merely replacement.

Have you called your local Jag dealer to run your vin# for any open campaigns?

 

I get the same problem if I dont close the drivers door right. The door looks closed but something isnt registering when i hit the key fob lock button. the car locks then beeps then unlocks. and all i do is open and close the drivers door then it works fine.
