Anyone have the Quicksilver exhaust and can post a video of how it sounds ? Any drone issues ?

Based on my research it seems to be the only exhaust option for the X260. I see a fair amount of clips for the Fpace and XE, but nothing with the X260.

 

I would do yourself a favour and pay $200 to have the resonators cut out and call it a day. Best money I have spent on a mod for any of my cars. The thing sounds amazing now and no drone. You won’t regret it.

 

Yeah so I ended up getting the mufflers some time back. While it has a nice deep tone and sounds great at rpm as well, there's a fair amount of drone at lower rpms.

Do you happen to have any video clips comparing the before and after ? How many resonators did you remove ?

 

I'd also be interested in seeing/hearing a video of the exhaust. I'm particularly sensitive to drone but I also wish the exhaust sounded better when you open it up. If you can post a video of the noise at cruising speeds and when you open it up, would greatly appreciate it. TIA
