I recently had a brake job. Although, I have to replace brake sensors. My radio starts shutting off and on repeatedly. Are these two related?

 

I can't imagine why, but if they touched the battery ground and didn't re-attach it well, that would do it. I had a number of electrical issues with mine that I didn't link until they finally found a non-secured main ground. Once tightened down, it fixed every issue.
