Issue with the B&W radio in my 2010 XF SC. Turned it on, and it says audio on. But on the audio screen when I select radio all my presets are blank in every band (FM and AM). And I can't hear a anything - it doesn't appear to be tuned to a frequency (no frequency even displays) and I can't tune up or down.

The CD player, iPod link etc all work fine and I can hear audio. So seems to be confined to radio I turned the radio off and on a few times but no difference. Also powered the car off then on - same issue

Any ideas?

 

Hey there, just fitted the Jag Wrangled kit to my convertible that required the battery to be disconnected, reconnected battery all fine but radio presets lost and autostore doesn't' seem to be functioning, in fact very similar to your problem. Did you ever get a fix?

 

Sorry to hear about your radio issues. No specific fix on mine - it just fixed itself a day or two later. It wasn't just that the presets were cleared (which you might expect on changing battery) but the radio itself wouldn't even come on and tune to anything. But fortunately it just righted itself so I put it down to battery gremlins...
It has been perfect ever since. So i hope yours does the same
You might try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it again after a couple of minutes and see if that helps?
