The usual difficulty with Jaguar plastic trim is removal without breaking it, not refitting it!
As this has so far had 81 Views but 0 Replies, I'll make a suggestion to get the discussion started.
It looks like the recessed section (arrowed in red) fits inside the lower shroud (arrowed in blue). The rear then lifts up so that the "tongue" (arrowed in green) engages with a slot in the roof lining (arrowed in yellow).
