Rear windows and moon roof not opening
I'm hoping someone can give me some insight. 2016 Jaguar XF
Earlier today I tried to roll down the back windows (both sides) and the window click (moved a fraction of a fraction) and then stopped. Hit the switch to roll it up and again the same click and slight movement (fully closed). I tried this multiple times on both back windows and always met with the same result.
The moon roof responded in the same way, kinda. The roof would rise and open a crack, but would not fully retract for an open roof.
Thankfully, all windows closed. No issue with the front windows.
I had the battery replaced by the dealer back in May, and being in FL, I never have the windows down or the roof open until the weather finally cools off.
Any ideas as to what is happening and what the fix could be?
TIA

Most common cause is dirt on the tracks. I hope it's not the motorized mechanism. I think I read in the owner's manual of the reset procedure sun/moon roof. I can't remember, it's in either my Jaguar's or Land Rover's owner's manual
