You're on the wrong forum. You need the X250 model (pre 2015 XF)
This is a common issue. Open the trunk using the release button on the dash (should still work) or with the mechanical key.
By the right hand hinge when the trunk is open you'll see a black rubber grommet / casing that has the wires to the trunk lid in it.
Pull the rubber grommet free at the end (you may need to snip a small piece of rubber holding it in place) and pull it back to expose the wires
You'll see that repeated opening the closing can cause a few wires to break
The official fix is to replace that wiring harness to the trunk. Prob couple of hundred dollars all in. The practical solution if you're handy is to splice the broken wires to reconnect them, seal it up (eg with that heat shrink wrap) then put the grommet back
