Upgrade to latest firmware

I have a number of issues on my 2018 XFS, CD freezes after ten minutes, the Rear Screen doesn’t demist, the SIM card is unreadable and I’ve had the dreaded blank screen on a couple of occasions.

As part of the fix the Dealer is installing a firmware upgrade from 2:5 to version 4. Anyone else had this upgrade and what’s the difference?

Interesting, no upgrades!

Didnt fix the CD, but the system is much faster, the rear screen works and they replaced the SIM reader

I just had the ECM replaced, so I suspect I have "the latest" version. What's the procedure for finding the firmware version? I thought I be able to find it by navigating around the touchscreen, it's usually not that difficult to do but I came up short.
