Haha bought one of these for the office. Nice to be able to look at my car all day without seeing it out the window haha.

Walt,

You've shattered my dreams. I thought everything was supposed to be bigger in Texas.

What size office do you have that you can't get the real car in?

Joking aside, it amazes me that quality Jaguar scale models are so difficult to find. There wasn't one for my last XJ8L and there isn't one available for my current XK8.

I bought one, my oldest (7) took it before it made it to my office :-( I have a 911 GT3 and a 1970 240z model in my office. My wall art is a signed giant print of the 1970 Lemans running start. Its signed by Vic Elfrord and Brian Redman.

I'm looking for an MY11 or MY12 model (without the bug-eye headlamps). Anyone know where to find one?

I ordered one from the link AaronW posted. It is coming from New York. It should arrive on Wednesday.

Of course, if it was made in Texas, it would be 1/4 scale.

If you are looking for top quality and craftsmanship in the diecast car world there are two companies that do it VERY well. Of course they cost more but you get a detailed example of the real thing. AutoArt and Minichamps
