Ah found the photos, they were in a PM to someone else who was retrofitting:
Note you DO NOT have to remove the entire rear seat, the white plastic circled in yellow is a clip you can reach in and release with your fingers, to remove the bolster.
great!!! I think I understood everything!! in the end everything is ready for the connectors! now the only thing I'm missing is to find the original cable for the center speaker...otherwise I don't know what to do...otherwise I'll extend 2 aftermarket speaker wires.....
Good morning everyone! Sorry but I still don't understand just one thing! For the central speaker I have to connect to the connector next to the dashboard...but which wires do I have to connect to??? there are a few! I followed Combo's post but in the photo you can only see the connector but not the connection and where! I'm attaching an image!Toxo if you can help me just with this I am grateful! Thanks again!

Good morning everyone! Could someone tell me which parameters in the CCF need to be changed to enable the B&W 440W audio system? We are talking about a Jaguar XF X250 year 2010. I already had the intermediate 320W audio system. I purchased and wired the central speaker in the dashboard, added the 2 medium speakers in the front doors and replaced the rear parcel shelf with the one with 2 speakers. I also replaced the exact amplifier for the 440W B&W system with code 6H52-18C808-DD (the previous one was 6H52-18C808-CD). Currently having installed the amplifier -DD I have the infotainment system that no longer works, it remains with the black screen and the Jaguar logo. Now for complete success it would only need to change the parameters in the CCF. If anyone can help me I would be grateful. I already have all the equipment SDD v.165 program cable and power supply for the battery and I have already modified the CCF once to enable the USB port for music.
