Does the fuel rail pulse damper pull out of the fuel rail? With no tools? Also wondering if theres a way to refurbish the damper myself, dampers are 140$. Thanks

I just recently went through this. There is a company called Injector Planet that sells refurb units with new O-Rings. I tried replacing the O-Ring by itself many times before finally caving and just getting the one from Injector Planet. It's presumably the same O-Rings as for the injectors, but they all leaked eventually when I did it. Anyway, here's the listing I bought it from:
