I have a low beam on the passenger side of a 2009 Jaguar XF supercharged that is not working. I replaced the ballast but no luck. So I swapped the entire unit to the other side and low beam works just fine. I know it’s not the ballast, the light, or wiring inside the headlight housing. I checked the Ground and cleaned that as well, no luck. There doesn’t appear to be a wire cut anywhere near the headlight as all wires are still factory wrapped. Any ideas?

I am at a loss right now.

 

Are you getting power to the plug on the Passenger side?

just received a xf at unit with failed mot due to main beam.and dip not working, chased it to corrosion on drivers footwell fuse box,1 connection has green/blue residue. Cleaned off and made sure dry, then all lights work.
poured a bucket of water into corner behind splash tray,nothing came into.car..tried screen wash pumps working nothing coming into car.
