Default 2009 Jaguar XF supercharged Gearbox fault and others

The transmission shifts really weird and when i really haul *** it goes into gearbox fault( upon heavy acceleration). Another thing id like to point is the battery isnt holding charge. On a fully charged battery it will sit for 1-2 days and then its dead again.
Today heres what happened. I charged it yesterday. Went out and turned it on today. it ran but then it started going hay wire. flickering ABS,EBD, DTC, Gearbox faults. and then the whole dash turned off but car kept running for about a minute and then finally cut off.

There must be a short circuit somewhere.

Odds on a new battery will fix most if not all of your problems.

Check its actual SOC (state of charge). Sadly many arrive not charged and/or your car may have flattened it.

Could be the alternator too, if it's not charging the battery

Look on youtube on how to test battery and charging condition and report back once you've done those steps.
