Default 2009 Vs 2010 XF SC

Sorry guys, I'm new. I'm looking all over the place for a good deal on a 2009 or 2010 XF SC and I have a couple of questions.

1) Is there any difference in the cars besides (big differences I know) the engines and the wheels?

2) What is likely to hold more value in the long run? Is it stupid to buy a 2009 Certified preowned with 3 years of warranty left when you can buy a 2010 without a warranty that has 3 for $5000-7000 more?

I'm pretty enthused about getting one of these after realizing a BMW 550 isn't for me. Look forward to hearing from you.

I would try and find a pre-owned 2011 at a good price if possible, you get the 5 year 50k service package which makes it a better buy even if its a bit more, besides you will get the sweet wheels and unreal engine that comes in the 2010. You actually might get a better APR with the new car as well. Hope that helps a little
