Default 2009 xf navigation inop. Please help

Hello everyone I am new to this forum and look forward to become a avid member. I need some help figuring out where to start with a problem I am having with my 2009 xf with 48,000 miles. So here's what happening...
-blank nav screen no response/picture at all
-hvac controls have no function
-dome lights occasionally turn on and off irregularly

I believe that all these issues have something to do with each other. I have never owned or worked on a jaguar before, but I am pretty mechanically inclined. I have done some searching but nothing with these issues.

I think you have two separate issues.

The first one is fairly simple, the dome lights having a mind of their own.

My car had the same issue, it was solved by replacing the electronic circuit that controls the "touch" feature. Don't know the cost as mine was replaced under warranty.

The second one is your power issue, I think you are looking for a blown fuse. Don't know where to look, but others on here should be able to help you.

Thanks, I agree with you it defiantly could be a power issue. I am going to test the battery today and see what it's putting out. Any other help is greatly appreciated. Like I said before I'm really not sure where to start diagnosing.

Update - Just checked battery voltage with the car off, reads 12.8 with my multimeter. I disconnected with battery and will try to let it reset.

Update - When I reconnected the battery the screen turned on for about 30 seconds, only the jaguar logo appeared, then went blank again. Thinking that it could be a voltage issues I replaced it with a new battery but no luck.
