2010 model x250 screen keeps going on and off

2010 model x250 screen keeps going on and off
Hi all, can someone please help me i checked around and everyone is saying the Bluetooth module.
i removed the seat it is all very dry, no marks of water I have even tried the fibre loop, not having any luck. I got it scanned it show these 3 codes U3000-13 - U0140 -00 and U0156-00 FACP. Is there anyone that can shed some light on this please as to what to do. Attached diagnostic copy.
