Default 2010 XF Supercharged 0 to 60 time.

So I have the 2010 XF Supercharged and was just trying to get a consensus on real world 0 to 60 times. Car and Driver claims 4.3 seconds to 60, but I have never had that good of a run. Car is completely stock and I get to 60 in 4.5 to 4.6 seconds on average. I have seem other articles stating 4.9 seconds. Many thanks.

sounds about right. I experience similar to you on all season tires. I think C/D is rather optimistic and uses trickery of the "small print" to make their magazine a bit more fun to read (gets me every month though!!). I'm specifically referring to the 1 foot rollout that then starts the timing of the run. that's probably worth a few tenths. They also brake torque and use any tricks like that. If tons of wheel hop lets the time improve, so be it - they just give the press car back after it breaks, right? also, they have prepped surfaces which allows the car to apply more power and sooner. I've had launches that made me wonder why i didn't buy awd car, i've had the car "fall on its face" from the power being cut on wheelspin and I've also had those glorious moments where it seemed to make traction on crappy surfaces and not be torque limited in any fashion - those runs, as recorded by my butt dyno, feel like 550hp and 4.0 to 60. who knows.. 50+mph roll race is where it's at anyway!

After 7 years of driving it's possible that your car has lost a few horses along the way too..

I did a quick g-tech of my 15 Supercharged and came up with a 4.47 with just a quick stop and go in reguar tranny mode temps pretty ideal with low humidity and about 65 degrees out so I would think done right a few tenths lower is possible. It is probably in its sweet spot as it is broken in but not high miles.
