Default 2011 Jag XF Audio

Hi! I am new to the board and just recently purchased a 2011 Jag XF. I have an iPhone 6 and am having issues streaming my music. When using the USB cord, no music plays at all. When using an AUX cord, music plays but I am unable to change songs using the controls and only on my actual phone. Is there any help for me or anything I can purchase to make this easier? Thank you so much!

if you have the iphone cable you can buy the tune2air adapter it will allow you to stream music and because you have an iphone you can control the phone.

You can also get a 30 pin to lightning adapter. I had the same issue in my car. The Tune2air is a great alternative, works flawlessly, but is a little expensive. The adapter is cheaper but you are unable to go wireless. One more caveat with the adapter, make sure it works with iPhone 4s. Apple changed the the wiring somewhere around the iPhone 5 and the cable in your car will not work with a cable wired for the newer 30 pin connector.
