Default 2011 XF oil Pan

anybody know how difficult it is to replace the Oil Pan on a 2011 Jag XF /5.0? Ran over something in the road and punctured the oil pan yesterday.

Welcome to the forum jfirth56,

The Workshop Manual description suggests it's straightforward:

I replaced the gasket on my pan earlier this year. It is very straightforward as shown above. You will need the Loctite gasket sealant.

Treat every nut, bolt and in this case screw on this car like it's a one time shot at getting it off. use the right size screw driver and be on it square BEFORE trying to loosen it.
