Water pump/crossover pipe replacement

Hey guys. Need a little guidance. Got a 2013 XFR with 34k miles on her. Replacing the water pump and the crossover pipe as I noticed slight moisture around the WP.

Any other suggestions on what to check/replace/clean? Maybe replace injectors, any specific fluids/coolants??

Clean gunk off intake valves and replace all of the rest of the plastic pipes in the cooling system (there are many).
