Does anyone know where an aluminum Crossover Water Pipe Assembly
(96JV-8A504-BD) can be obtained? As we all know, the plastic one doesn't last very long.

Looked extensively a month ago when I replaced most of my coolant system hoses and fittings without finding an aluminum version. Bought the plastic cross over pipe from Coventry West that are into aftermarket reproduction parts and they didn't have one . . . yet.

SNG Barnett has, at the moment, the www lowest priced cross over plastic pipe. It includes the temp sensor.

 

Where ever you get the crossover pipe don't forget to get the two gaskets that go against the block.
Have you already done a aluminum thermostat housing? If not a good time for that and the water pump.
