Default 3L Supercharged intake

Does anyone have any pictures of the 3L Supercharged motor with the engine cover off? I stumbled across a picture of the 3L Supercharged the other day and I can't tell the difference between it and the 5L Supercharged. If any one has a 3L Supercharged I'm 99% sure that the TCP intake for the 5L Supercharged would work on the 3L Supercharged. So if you are looking to make some upgrades you might be in luck.

They are very similar. You might pose your question over in the F type forum too.

XF and F-Type have completely different intakes, the XF snorkels and airboxes are up high in the front of the engine bay and the F-Type snorkels and airboxes are down low behind the bumper. So a pic of an F-Type V6 engine bay won't help you work out if a TCP XF V8 intake will fit an XF V6 SC. Also, from the odd pic of the XF V6 SC engine bay I have seen (but with the engine cover on) the intake tubing looks very similar and may in fact be identical, but the airboxes look a little different to the V8 and the MAF sensor placement is definitely different.

We did already discuss intakes for the 3.0L in the F-Type forum.

The 3.0L and the 5.0L have identical intakes (on the F-Type anyhow) same part numbers, the lot.

My take on it however, is that the factory intake is therefore an overkill on the 3.0L

The intake is adequate on a 5.0L engine consuming 550+ hp worth of air.

So on a 3.0L engine consuming up to ~400hp worth of air, I'm not sure how much of an improvement a modified intake is going to be...

But maybe it will give that whine and ease of breathing for the V6 at best? Doubt it will add any power but the easier flow and sound would be nice to have as long as we can insulate that pipe so it don't absorb so much heat right there.
