That's a great suggestion and cheap to!
Replace the 2 PCV diaphragms and see what happens?

I know you said the fuel pump pressure was OK, But have you checked the Fuel pump timing. and the pump pressure on start up.
See the You tube
May help with the idling issue, and over fueling.

Hello again

I have a update for this thread...

ECM was replaced but it didn't help... still the adjusters force 90 degrees on the camshaft gear, Today we are trying to update the purchased ECM via SDD.

You should do a compression test make sure all cylinders are good you mention the oil smell like gasoline that should not be happening you might have a cracked piston ring. When the ecu adds or takes away fuel the targeted afrs don't change because the ecu targets 14.1 so even when you see the ecu adding +15 or -15 the engine is still burning all the fuel 100% it should always be exactly 14.1 which is a comple burn so if you got fuel in your oiI than it could be a cracked ring had a bmw 335i with a cracked piston ring I had the same exact symptoms running lean vibrations during idle and I keept it that way for months under acceleration it ran fine
