Default 8x23-13w030-jC vs 8x23-13w030-jB

Hi All

It seems that I am in the market for a new Headlamp cluster for my Jag XF (2010) as water has made its way inside and shorted the auto-leveling system and in turn burns out the HID Ballist.

They are very expensive, so I'm going second hand, I have found a really good example of one, with one little snag, the part number is 8x23-13w030-jB while my current one is 8x23-13w030-jC.

My question is, does anyone know the difference between the two? They both have the HID Ballist with them but I'm wondering if the JB version, being older is missing the auto-leveling or cornering light function?

Thanks in Advance

IIRC the last two letters/numbers on the end of the part number are for the revision, but as long as all the others are the same it's the same part. I Googled the 8X23-13W030-JC number & came up with at least 1 exact match on eBay. If you don't want to take any chances with the numbers you could always try this one

Hello itsajaaag,
I have both left and right headlights on a 2009 XF( to be parted) not sure the part numbers, but can find out if you are interested, as the car is in storage and I have to go there to check out.
