Hmm, looks look I spoke a little too soon!
I just went to remove the paddle extensions, and they are now stuck so tight I couldn't budge them.
So I tested the one touch wipe again and now it works!
A little experimentation showed that the only time the extension interferes with the wiper stalk operation is when the top tip of the extension is precisely lined up with the wiper stalk, ie when you have about 15 degrees of right hand lock on. A smidge either way and not a problem.
So I'll leave the paddle extensions on for a bit longer now and see how they go.

Did you get the silver or the gray? It looks like those are silver, but camera flashes often change the color. I'm thinking gray for me.

Thanks. After looking at everything in the car, I think I'll go black so they match the stock ones. BTW, looks like you have the light headliner. Mine's dark. So another difference in the twins
