Alignment question

I finally made the plunge on Friday and picked up a used 2009 with 18K miles. I actually went to buy an E350 but after looking at both cars, the Jaguar was the best car by a long way!
I didn't notice during the test drive but this car seems to be pulling to the right which is driving me nuts. Is this possibly covered under warranty? If not, is this something that a non-dealer shop can fix on a jaguar?
The tires are brand new and were replaced by the dealer.
I appreciate any help.

After ensuring that tire pressures are correct consider swapping tires left to right. If the drift also changes then you have a bad tire or possibly a bent rim.
What brand of tire? Brand new tires f an inferior brand are frequently bad from new.

Call the dealer and ask if was aligned. I align all my preowned cars when i work on them. But like jagular said. Alignments do not fix a tire pull
If you just bought the used car from a dealer, I would take it in and complain about the pull to the right. The alignment on these cars can be ruined by just one pothole or a hard curb bump.
