After careful consideration of the entire XF run to this point, I realized that the newer models have features and specs that will make it work for me. Unfortunately the price point on the newer ones is out of my reach at this moment. So I am electing to wait a coupla' few years until my dream Jag is in my price range. In the meantime I am making necessary changes and upgrades to my 2003 BMW 525i and my '92 Saab 900 Turbo vert to satisfy my enthusiast needs going forward.
This is a great forum and I have enjoyed and appreciated the camaraderie the members offer.
I will continue to check in and in that not so far distant future hope to jpin your ranks as a Jaguar owner. [actually i did have an old 3.4 in semi running condition back in the '70s]
