(Another) Water Pump

(Another) Water Pump
Fired up my car after grabbing Starbucks on my way to work this week and the red low coolant indicator comes on. Stop by local auto parts store and take a look - sure enough, it's a bit below the fill line, so I bought a gallon of orange and topped it up.
About 10 minutes later while sitting at a red light, I can smell the sweet sweet scent of boiling coolant and start to see steam coming from the engine bay. Pulled a u-turn and headed straight to the dealer.
Sure enough, water pump is the culprit once again. Car has 45k on it and I believe it was last done at about 25k. They also replaced a number of bleed hoses and the crossover pipe. Luckily, I still have 24 days left on my CPO warranty, otherwise I imagine it would have been north of $1k to fix considering the S/C has to be removed.
This has me thinking about what to do with the car once the CPO is up in a few weeks...

3 weeks ago when this happened, the car was still under CPO warranty. As of Tuesday of this week, the CPO is over. And of course, on Thursday the low coolant light comes back on. I pulled over to check and it was just at the low line and when I restarted the car the light went away. I topped it up when I got home but after checking later in the day it does appear that there has been some coolant loss.
If the pump and crossover tubes are all brand new, where is the next area to check? Do the overflow tank caps fail and allow coolant to escape there?

To be honest though, it may be easier to just take it back to the dealership and let them deal with it.
