Any ability to negotiate on a lease?

Any ability to negotiate on a lease?
I am in an area with 3 local Jaguar Dealers - all owned by the same parent group.
Just curious: has anyone ever been able to negotiate anything lower for a lease? I think Jaguar dealers as a whole don't negotiate. The inventory is low and I don't think they care about sales.
I was hoping to pit one dealer against the other, but if they are all owned by the same parent group then I am not hopefull they will reduce the price at all.
Anyone have any advice or stories?
There are two Jaguar dealers approximately 3 hours away. I would buy from there if I could get a significant discount.

Don't let them fool you!
I have never leased a Jag, but I have leased other luxury vehicles in the past and yes, you CAN negotiate a lease. Furthermore, you also can negotiate with jaguar dealers period - I have twice and walked away with a feeling that I got a tremendous deal. Key is to call around, but looks like you've done that already.
What part of the country are you in? Perhaps I can make a connection with my local guy here, they WILL work with you, I guarantee it!

When I went to lease my new Jag, it was pretty surprising and I was amazed at the lattitude they had. I looked at Mercedes E Class, Audi A6, and BMW 5 Series all were much higher than I expected.
Audi priced the A6 at invoice, the money factor was great, but the residual was in the low 40's which made the payments off the charts. Jag had a residual of around 47 or 48 and they must have had some incentive cash available because they paid the last 3 payments on my E350 and gave me payments that I can live with.
