Battery Not charging
anyone every got this yet? I have had it twice in the last week. Both times I was 2 hours from home so not a fun message to get at night not near home.
The battery is likely on it's way out. Get the car checked to see if the alternator is charging the battery. If the alternator is charging you may have issues with the battery draining when the car is off. Make sure you don't run electronics in the car when the engine is off. Also make sure you lock your doors whenever you leave your car so all the electronics shut down completely. If none of that helps then you may just need a new battery.
Sorry for the delay in reply... been a busy week. The service department said they found a bad ground cable going to the battery and they replaced it. I haven't driven it much since, but will be making another trip to columbus soon... so I should know soon.
