Bought an XF yesterday!
Hi gang,
I just bought my first Jaguar yesterday. A Botanical Green 2009 XF Supercharged. Barley interior. I have been in love with this car for years and finally had the opportunity to purchase one. It has 39k miles but is in incredible shape...for the most part. And that is the real reason for this post.....
When I depress and release the brake it makes a very distinctive sound. It sounds like a spring being stretch and released or like someone flick a spring with a finger. It didn't do it during the test drive or the first day but just started. I can take it in to get fixed for free but I am hoping to avoid the hastle and just fix it myself...has anyone encountered this?
