Hey, I have a 2011 XF premium luxury and my air conditioner/heater vents just stopped closing all of a sudden. Has anyone else experienced this and is there any way I can repair it without taking it to my dealership? I've checked all fuses and all seem to be in tact.

 

Go into your vehicle settings and make sure someone didn't turn them off. There is a setting to leave them open.
