After doing some research, including a couple of threads on this site, while the owners manual does mention Shell brake fluid, it appears that this particular product isn't available here in the US.


I did, however, find a product by the brand Pentosin, that IS available in my area, and it's manufacturers' website says that it's good for use in Jaguars....

 

Brand name is irrelevant, it the OEM's spec that counts. Does the Pentosin fluid meeet Jag's spec?

Jag has several of brake fluid specs, not just one.
