Default Coolant leak problem

2015 XF 5.0L
10 months ago I got well known plastic coolant collector problem and it was replaced. Now I got coolant leak from one of hose connector:

I will be really appreciate part number for this connector and any additional info about this problem as well.

I use parts.com to look up the parts diagram, part numbers and prices.

You're a good example of why all the plastic parts should be replaced at the same time. After you fix this one, another will break, and so on. There's a lot of plastic in the cooling system and when one piece lets go, you car is telling you that the rest of the plastic that is all made from the same material is at the end of its life. If you're lucky, you won't lose your engine.
