Default Drivers side heated/ventilated seat not working

Today I just noticed that the drivers side heated/ventilated seat isn't working. I tested the passenger side and it appears to be working as I can hear the fan come on when I activate the cooling feature. On the drivers side i can't hear the fan nor feel any cooling. Heating feature isn't working as well.

Any ideas where to start looking to sort this issue? Perhaps a blown fuse? Although I'm not sure if the drivers side and passenger side seats have different fuses.

Appreciate any guidance guys. Thanks.

Edit - just checked the owners manual and the drivers seat has its own fuse. F25 20 amp yellow located in the passenger footwell fuse box. I'll check this first off.

Checked under the seat for any loose/broken wires....nothing.

Pulled the fuse.....still good

Activated the cooled seat again....voila....fan comes on.

Derp....maybe the fuse became unseated or something? Who knows.

As you were.

I think I remember reading about intermittent issues with the connectors/wiring under the seat. You may have moved one around that fixed the issue. Search the forum I'm pretty sure there was a thread on it a while back. I still need to pull my driver's seat out because the heater doesn't work. The cooling function works fine.

For weird and intermittent seat control behaviour, my first suspect would be Seat Module.

On other Jaguar models these develop cracks in the circuit board tracks from continuous flexing. The XF could also be prone to this fault.

Thanks for the responses guys.

Come to think of it I really haven't properly tested the heating function as I just sat in the car for a minute and heard the cooling fan come on. I'll have to fully test it this weekend.

If the seat module goes out, would that affect the ability to move the seat as well?
