Drivers window not going completely up now
Hi guys, the other day I had my window down, and my cell phone was on the door ledge (I've gotten in the habit of putting it there since the windshield blocks GPS signal). Anyway, I had just put on a new case for the phone, and when I rolled the window up, it was kind of "grabbing" at the cell phone with a lot of resistance, but it made it all the way up.
I didn't think anything of it until getting on the highway, and I could definitely hear a huge difference in airflow (whistling) noise. Visually the window works fine, both manually and in auto mode, but it's leaving a few mm gap at the top evidently now. I tried doing a "window reset" and rolled it up 3 times manually holding the up for about 10 seconds each time, and that did seem to make it slightly quieter on the highway... but i just went through the car wash, and there are drips coming in, so it's definitely not fixed.
Is there anything else I can do, or did my grabby rubber phone case mess up the motor somehow? I just feel like the top position sensor is off-track and needs to be reset somehow.
