Default 03 pass window going down oddly

Ok, my 03 the pass window has went up and not fit 100 flush to back quarter window. To help that along you would just push the window back a little, easily, as it went up or just go over to the pass door window and manipulate it nicely to get a good fit. Well tonight I was doing it and it did not hit it right the first manipulation. So I opened the door and the window went DOWN a few inches. WTF. So I opened the door again and it went down again the same few inches. It would keep doing this till it was all the way down.
Do I have a broke something or another or need a reset?

O recalled there was a reset for these. I did that and it is working fine now. If the battery is not the issue what would have made it do this?

It sounds like your window needs to be reset see the attached link on how to.

I did that. Thanks. My drivers window did not lose its setting. Perhaps me fiddling with the window to ensure it seals right cause it.

Each door has a control module so they are independent. The window must drop when the door is opened and when the door is closed it is to go back up to seal properly. If the reprogramming does not work have the battery checked.

Gus, I was curious, this dropping of the window on the Conv is to not damage the window or seal when opening/closing. Do the coupes do this as well ?

I don't have The depth of knowledge that Gus does, but yes, coupes drop their windows too.
