My left DRL is not working, i've got the aeropack bumper XF S 2011 Pre-faclift. I can't get the bumper off, because the bottom plate has rusted bolts witch I'm not able to get loose on my drive way, Now I managed to get the right DRL off (better to drive with no DRL lights on, then with only one). I did this by taking off the connector to the Daylightrunning Lamp ECU AX2M-229013-AA AHSXA. Now I like to try to swap cables from the right DRL to the left DRL, just to see if it will work. If not then I need to get the bumper off and order an expensive DRL for about 400 Euros. But if it will work it could be the controller. Can someone tell me what the colors do on the wires from the connector?

The bumper will come off with the undershield attached to the bumper if you release the 2 rear screws & the screws under the wheelarch.

 

Well I could give it a try next weekend.
