Default EPB for learner's driving

Hi all. I have Jaguar XF 2.0 2013.
My daughter would like to get driving licence. For this she can pass theory test and get a learner's licence. With learner's licence she can drive with someone experienced (like me)) on the passenger seat. However, there are the following requirements to the car:
– the electric handbrake must work while the car is moving;
– the electric handbrake must also work when the accelerator is pressed;
– the braking action must not be interrupted by use of the accelerator;
– the braking action of the electric handbrake must be calibratable and graduated.
Do you know if Jaguar's EPB satisfies them all? I don't dare testing them...

I know that the handbrake works when the car is moving, I always put the handbrake on when stationary in a cue of traffic because sometimes i put it on before the car has stopped, you get a Red message come up on the dash and a sound that you've done it, I've never really suffered any after effects from it

As well as the park brake it's the emergency one, so of course it can operate when moving.

(In the UK it's tested during an MoT on a kind of rolling road.)
