Default factory tire size for 2011 Jaguar XFR

I just ordered a set of Continental DWS06 tires from tire rack, i had the website select the sizes for me based on the car and i just ordered them.

I just realized that the fronts are 255/35/20 and the rears are 285/30/20

questions are:
1) are those correct?
2) i thought the fronts were 235........will 255 be a problem? cause rubbing?
3) why are the front 35 and the rear 30?

Correct sizes. As for why those aspect ratios, if you do the math, they will come out at nearly the same overall diameter front and rear.

Wrong tires. Sorry, I couldn't resist, but IMHO all season tires are awful. Why compromise, especially with such a wonderful car?

im sorry, just so im clear...255/35/20 is the correct front?

to be honest im taking the lazy way out. ive done the whole seasonal swapping, it got annoying after a while. plus i dont have space for a second set

edit: just found another thread that confirmed 255/35/20 is the right size for the front

Confirmed, my 13 V8SC has that same sizes (255 front/285 rear) And I also am running DWS06. They perform good. Sidewall is a little softer than the Dunlops but in hot weather, they are very sticky.

Very quiet ride and they wear great.

I now have 13000 miles on them and still have more than half tread on rear, fronts like new.

I put 295's on the rear of mine. I thnk you could even do 305 width too.
