Front Parking Sensors
I have a 2016 xf and the only time that I can get the front parking sensors to work is when I first put the car into reverse, then back into drive, and the sensors will then work. I have had it to the Jaguar dealer twice and they tell me that that is the way the car was built. I find this hard to believe. does anyone have any insight into this problem.
thanks a lot.

This is exactly how the car was designed. The system comes on every time the car is placed in reverse, or if you press the overhead "P" button while going forward at low speed. Press the button and you won't need to go into reverse first. A 2016 car is an X 260 and not an X 250 which this forum is for, so your car may be different.
