Default Front Seat Back Removal

Hi Guys
I have bought some head rest DVD's and I was wondering if anyone out there has removed or knows how to remove the back of the front seats so I can hide the cables.

Thanks Dave

Look up the threads for cleaning the seat ventilation filters. They show how to remove the seat backs. It's not hard, but it's more than just pulling down and out.
