Default Fuel Pump Camshaft Timing Alignment

Can someone tell me what this cover is called? From the manual, there is a tool used and it is JLR-303-1621. I think I have an oil leak from this cover shown in blue and there is a vacuum? hose attached to it I think. The manual says to install a new seal but I need to know what to look for to get a new seal. Thanks in advance for your help.
