Default Fuel trim help

I got a p0171 and po174 code. We smoke tested it and we ended up changing the metal intakes and also the eight rubber plenum gaskets. I changed quite a few hoses as well. Two days after fixing everything and rechecking for leaks I ended up getting a PO171 and PO174 code again. I checked my fuel trim levels during idle.
Short term fuel trims vary from -7 to +7 and at idle it's very close to zero.
Long-term fuel trims bank one is negative eight and bank two is negative 11. That same is pretty high to me but I do know that these are an average of the short term. I
I I took off my crankcase vent valve and blue on it and also sucked on it and it's going straight through, I ended up getting one of those ordered for Saturday. I'm also going to try a new mass air flow sensor. I clean the one I had today and it's still giving a weird fuel trims. Is there anything else I should test for?

Not yet, but first see if the trims settle. Do the usual easy test to see if it's an air leak or not.

If it's not or if in doubt, look at the freeze frame data with the codes to see what else is current when the codes flag.
