Fuse box location

I doubt there's a relevant fuse.
The likely cause of the message is:
1. incorrect striker alignment/adjustment
2. ajar switch circuit short circuit to ground
3. ajar switch failure
If the X250 is similar to other Jaguar models, the ajar switch will form part of the latch assembly.
Jaguar latches are a frightening cost but the integral microswitches which trigger ajar warnings are usually replaceable with a little ingenuity.

Most likely the wiring harness that runs into the trunk. The wires eventually break from repeated open and close and it gives open error, sometimes the lock won't open with the button etc
It's in a rubber boot by the right hand trunk hinge. Pull back the rubber and have a look for a broken wire
You can splice it easily else a new harness isn't expensive
