Default How to change serpentine belt

I have a 2009 XF Luxury Model, and although the mileage is low, the car IS now 5 years old, and I'm a maintenance freak. I picked up a new serpentine belt, and went to install it.

I previously owned an "XF cousin", a Lincoln LS, which I thought I swapped the belt out from underneath the car, therefore I thought the XF would be the same. Turned out I was wrong, as I removed the front air deflector, expecting to access the belt, but couldn't.

I guess there's access from the top, but I'm not sure about what components I'll have to remove. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

TIA!

If you are a DIY maintenance freak, you should definitely invest in a subscription to the shop manual TOPix or AllDataDIY so you don't have to guess, and guess wrong, on the right way to do things.
